While we can't, unfortunately, tell you everything there is to making magnets -what with our proprietary process- we are able to spill some of the beans.

Once an order is received a member of our graphic design department will create and/or tweak the customer art, all ensuring the highest print quality. A magnetic business card is only as good as what's printed on it, after all.

Once the art is approved, we'll print the design on paper via our in house, brand new, room sized printer.

Using a proprietary process that we can't really tell you about(!), the printed paper sheets are adhered to a sheet of thick, strong magnetic material. A giant magnetic sheet is born.

The sheets are then laminated (and via a proprietary process), which provide a protective and attractive gloss finish.

Because cutting magnets can be quite a challenge as the magnetic poles simultaneously attract and repel, a highly skilled operator cuts the sheets to proper business card magnet size using much know-how, patience, and delicate hands.

Once cut all magnetic business cards are inspected to ensure the highest quality. Those that don't meet our stringent standards are replaced.
