- 76% were able to recall the name of the advertiser on the promotional. This compares with 53.5% name recognition of an advertiser from a print publication read in the last week.
- 52% of participants in the study did business with the advertiser after receiving the promotional product
- 52.1% of participants reported having a more favorable impression of the advertiser since receiving the item

What is the difference between your value, standard, and premium business card magnets?
Good question! All of our magnets are printed in the same manner using the newest, state of the art print technologies and finished with a high quality laminate. The only difference is the thickness of the actual magnetic material:
- Value: 20mil thick and capable of holding 1 sheet of paper to the fridge. Ideal if on a budget and/or looking to mail out your magnets.
- Standard: 25mil thick and capable of holding 4 sheets of paper to the fridge. Perfect if you're looking to mail out your magnetic business cards or carry a stack around.
- Premium: 30mil thick and capable of holding 5 sheets of paper to the fridge. Ideal for communicating your company's value and holding several sheets of paper to the fridge.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor business card magnets?
Indoor business card magnets are meant to be kept indoors, outside of the elements. Outdoor business card magnets, on the other hand, are thicker, stronger, and printed with UV resistant ink to weather the elements. Additionally, outdoor magnets can be applied to moving items like cars, trucks, or vans. All of our outdoor magnets can be found here.

So I know all costs up front, what DO your prices include?
Forget hidden fees and silly, old school charges for design and setup. The price you see is the price you pay, save for shipping. Which is free, if it's your first time order.
Your magnets are made in China, no?
Absolutely not. While China derived product may (though likely not) save a few cents here and there, it comes at the expense of turnaround, local jobs, the environment, and national pride. Our custom magnets from the magnetic material to the printed paper to the laminate finish are completely American made. And will continue to be so.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Placing an order for custom magnets is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Step 1: Search for and find the exact business card magnet of your choice. We're added filtering to make the process as quick and easy as possible.
- Step 2: Choose the quantity needed, include design instructions and/or upload any art files.
- Step 3: Checkout via our safe and secure process. As always, we'll ask for payment only after you approve your design proof.
NOTE: Our artists will e-mail you your design proof within 24 business hours of submitting your order.
I love getting things in the mail -when will my magnets ship out?
For all orders, you will receive a design proof of your magnets within 24 hours. After receiving approval and payment your magnets will move to our production department. Standard turnaround is 5 days, though you can opt for products with 3 and even next day turnaround.
Uh oh. I need to cancel my order.
While we hate to see you leave, we do need written notice via fax, e-mail or mail. Any realized production or material costs will be charged.
Artwork and Design
My design has about 40 million colors in it. Now what?
Whether looking for business card magnets with 4 or 40 million colors it's the same price.
Do you charge extra for artwork?
Nope, any and all artwork is free of charge. However, after two proofs we reserve the right to charge $20 each.
I need my logo exactly color matched.
We do our very best to maintain the highest possible quality assurance, having a number of quality control methods in place. However and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact color matches. That said, please let us know if it's a requirement and we'll make additional arrangements.
I'll be providing my own art. What type of file formats can you accept?
Great! Our art guidelines should be a big help.
I have multiple versions of my art. Now what?
No worries! Each version of art, up to 10 in total, will be priced at $30 each. Above 10 and it's $20 each. That said, and to save some money, you will be charged a rate for the total quantity of business card magnets ordered, vs. a quantity rate for each individual copy ordered.
Payment Process
When will you ask for payment?
To move your custom magnets into production, payment is required in full once you provide approval for your artwork.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, Personal Checks, Business Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders. Purchase orders are also excepted, but only from non-profits and schools.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
That depends on where your magnets are being shipped and how many have been ordered. For the US mainland we ship with FedEx. Other shipping methods and carriers are available. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada, or any other areas outside the United States, are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Indeed. We're proud to be one of a handful of companies that are able to ship to APO addresses.
